Are you suffering from gingivitis, if you are then I can
understand what you are going through.  It
is a miserable situation where your mind is constantly focused on the pain and
there is a constant throb that you can feel.

If you ask me, I just wanted to get rid of that feeling at
any cost.  I am suffering from a lot of
other medical illnesses, which is why I wanted to avoid a drug prescribed by a
physician.

The main reason for this is that it’s close to impossible to spot reduce fat from a specific body part, like your chest, with regular exercise and a normal diet. Even if you do lose weight, it tends to fall off the body evenly or according to your genetic make up, so that even if you do 100 push ups a day, the fat deposits in your chest won’t diminish at a more rapid pace than those in your other body parts. It may improve your muscle tone and so it is important to do targeted chest exercises, but they won’t go a great way to help you lose your man boobs.
