Okay, you’ve bought the ATV, now it’s time to get it home. Unfortunately, you can’t ride your ATV down the street, so you’re going to have to purchase an ATV trailer to get it there, and to your fun destinations.

Buying an ATV trailer takes some homework, and there are some things that will need to be done before you decide on and purchase any particular trailer. One of the first things to do is make sure your vehicle is able to pull the extra weight of a trailer with one, two or three ATV’s loaded onto it. Then, you’ll need to attach a trailer hitch to your vehicle. Learning how to pull, turn and drive your trailer in various terrains and surfaces is a good idea as well.

Most yoga students HATE backbends, but desperately want to learn them. The truth is that most yoga teachers also HATE backbends, so often they don’t teach them very well or very often.

My backbends used to be really pathetic—I mean REALLY pathetic.

I went to class every day, asked my teachers for tips, but not much was happening. In full wheel pose (urdhva danurasana), I could only get my head about an inch off the ground, and even that nearly killed me!

Steven Benglas, in his article “The Very Real Dangers of Executive Coaching” (Berglas), makes several criticisms of executive coaches, including; that coaches “sell themselves a purveyors of simple answers and quick results”; that coaches only focus on behavioral solutions, ignoring or worsening possible important psychological issues of the “coachee”; and that coaches “exploit the powerful hold they develop over their clients” (Berglas, p. 88).

To ensure credibility and improve the professionalism of the coaching profession, the International Coach Federation (ICF) has identified core coaching competencies that are helpful in ensuring that criticisms like those of Benglas are reduced or eliminated. The competencies include:
